Featuring a 0.05mm polyester film core paired with a 0.03mm silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, Model 5080 offers superior puncture resistance during automated application compared to standard 0.05mm or 0.06mm tapes.
Clean Residue-Free Removal
Specially cured silicone adhesive resists shrinking and thermal degradation at continuous temperatures up to 200°C (peak 220°C). Peels off cleanly without ghosting or leaving sticky remnants on metal or PCB gold tabs.
