Width & Length Can you slit industrial rolls to non-standard widths and custom roll lengths?
Yes. We operate precision rotary slitting equipment capable of slicing master jumbo rolls into micro-widths starting from 2mm up to 1020mm, with tight tolerances of ±0.1mm. Roll lengths can also be customized (e.g., 33m, 50m, 66m, or extended jumbo rolls) according to your automated dispensing machinery specifications.

Structure & Die-Cutting Do you offer custom backing thickness, double-sided coating, or die-cut pre-formed shapes?
Yes. We customize both film backing thickness (from 12.5um to 125um) and coat weight for tailored tack level. We manufacture both single-sided and double-sided Polyimide / Polyester tapes with fluorosilicone release liners. Additionally, our automated flatbed and rotary die-cutting units can convert rolls into custom dots, rings, or complex geometry masking shapes.
