Yes, 100%. Every completed production batch comes with a dedicated Certificate of Analysis (COA). Our quality control laboratory conducts strict outgoing quality control (OQC) testing to ensure every master roll meets full technical parameters before dispatch:

Batch Traceability How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency and raw material traceability?
We implement a complete barcode lot-number system from raw backing material (PET film, Kapton Polyimide film, aluminum foil) to final adhesive coating and slitting. Retained sample rolls for every lot are stored in our QC archive for 12 months, allowing full historical traceability in case of technical audits or IQC cross-checking.
