Residue Prevention Will Polyimide tapes and Polyester tapes leave adhesive residue after high-temperature baking or wave soldering?
No. When used within specified thermal limits (up to 260°C for Polyimide and 200°C for PET), our tapes peel off completely clean in one piece. We apply a proprietary chemical primer coating directly to the film surface prior to slitting. This process creates chemical bonding between the silicone adhesive and film backing, eliminating ghosting, adhesive transfer, or tearing upon removal.
Polyimide Thermal Limit: Clean peel up to 260°C (500°F) continuous
PET Thermal Limit: Clean peel up to 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes

Hot Fix Transfer Does Hot Fix transfer tape leave sticky residue or ruin fabrics during garment heat pressing?
Our Hot Fix transfer tapes are formulated with a highly cohesive, thermo-stable acrylic adhesive system. Under standard heat pressing conditions (180°C–220°C), the adhesive maintains structure without softening into fluid state. Whether peeled warm or cold, it leaves zero sticky tack or optical ghosting on cotton, polyester, or delicate blends.
