FAQ
Claim Procedure What is the step-by-step process if received tape orders have defects or carton shortages?
All shipments are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality controls. In the rare event of damage, quality variance, or quantity discrepancy, please notify us within 14 calendar days of port arrival following this protocol:
1. Document Evidence: Photograph damaged outer cartons, pallet shrink-wrapping, and individual roll inner core Batch/Lot labels.
2. IQC Inspection Details: Provide testing parameters (e.g., peel strength failure, width tolerance error, quantity variance count).
3. Batch Traceability: Our QA lab cross-checks retained master roll samples from the specific production lot number within 24 hours.
4. Settlement Action: Confirmed claims receive immediate air-freight replacement dispatch, credit memo, or refund credit against future balance.

Compensation Policy How fast are replacement tapes produced and shipped for urgent assembly lines?
Priority Expedited Production: Upon verification of defective batch numbers or carrier transit loss, replacement rolls are prioritized in our coating and slitting schedule within 48 to 72 hours. Replacement stock is dispatched via international express air freight (DHL/FedEx) at our expense to prevent assembly line downtime for our key accounts.
