The Surface Slitter Rewinder is specialized equipment for efficient slitting and rewinding of large-diameter, wide-web, heavy rolls. Its core characteristic is that the finished rolls are driven by friction drums, not through the center shaft. This unique winding method ensures even force distribution during winding, enabling the production of flat, tight rolls with diameters up to 800-1500mm and weights of several hundred kilograms. It is particularly suitable for large-scale production of materials like paper, film, and nonwovens.

Uses:

Surface winding slitting and rewinding machine is suitable for narrow strip rewinding such as aluminum foil, paper, insulating material, bronzing film, plastic film (BOPP, PET, PE, PVC).
